1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Secure Seven ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Secure Seven is a security scanning platform that provides:

  • Network Scanning - Nmap-based network discovery and port scanning
  • Vulnerability Scanning - Nuclei template-based vulnerability detection
  • Container Scanning - Trivy-based container image analysis
  • Web Application Scanning - OWASP ZAP web security testing

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that scans will detect all vulnerabilities or that results will be error-free.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Security

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (MFA) on your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Authorized Scanning Only

You may only scan systems that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may be illegal.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Scan any system without proper authorization
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload any network or system
  • Use scan results to exploit vulnerabilities maliciously
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls
  • Upload malicious content or VPN configurations
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements. This includes but is not limited to laws regarding computer fraud, data protection, and export controls.

5. Token System & Payments

Token-Based Pricing

The Service uses a token-based credit system. Each scan consumes tokens based on:

  • The type of scan (network, vulnerability, container, web)
  • Execution mode (standard or isolated)
  • Selected retention period for results

Token Purchases

  • Tokens are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe)
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
  • Tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active
  • Tokens are non-transferable between accounts

Refunds

Token refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of:

  • Technical failures that prevent scan completion
  • Duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability during scan execution

6. Scan Results & Data Retention

Ownership

You retain ownership of your scan configurations and the resulting reports. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Retention Options

You can choose how long we retain your scan results:

  • One-time download - Results deleted after download
  • 1 day - Results available for 24 hours
  • 7 days - Results available for 7 days

After the retention period, results are automatically and permanently deleted.

Confidentiality

We treat your scan data as confidential. We will not access, use, or disclose your scan results except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Secure7 Innovations Sp. z o.o. and its licensors.

The scanning tools used (Nmap, Nuclei, Trivy, OWASP ZAP) are open-source software governed by their respective licenses.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • That scan results will be accurate or complete
  • That the Service will detect all vulnerabilities

Security scanning is an aid to security assessment, not a guarantee of security. You should not rely solely on our scans for security decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MTARGETS MACIEJ GRABEK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Any damages arising from your use of scan results
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Secure7 Innovations Sp. z o.o. and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Unauthorized scanning activities conducted through your account

11. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Unauthorized scanning activities
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment (for paid features)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused tokens will be forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Secure7 Innovations Sp. z o.o. regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
